Sound Baths
Rest. Reset. Restore Through Sound
Group sound baths are immersive relaxation experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and deep rest. Using therapeutic sound and vibration from instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, percussion and chimes, each session guides participants into a meditative state through mindful listening.
Sound baths require no prior meditation experience. Participants rest comfortably while sound waves move through the body, helping shift the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into a calm, restorative state.
Benefits of Group Sound Baths
Sound bath experiences may support:
Nervous system regulation and relaxation
Reduced stress, anxiety, and mental tension
Improved sleep quality and restfulness
Release of physical tension and muscular holding
Enhanced emotional balance and mental clarity
Support for mindfulness and meditative awareness
These effects are associated with the body’s response to rhythmic sound and vibration, which can encourage slower brainwave states linked to relaxation and recovery.
What Participants May Experience
Each sound bath experience is unique. Participants commonly report a deep sense of calm, a slowing of thoughts, physical sensations such as warmth or gentle vibration, emotional release, or vivid inner imagery. Some people drift into light sleep, while others remain in a relaxed, aware meditative state.
All responses are normal and welcomed. The practice is gentle, non-invasive, and held in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
